What is there to say other than have you ordered your program yet I have had 13 surgeries from my time in the Marine Corps and have a wife and three daughters Not only are the programs great to help me get back in shape from injuries but also encompasses full body mobility and health to keep my pain as low as possible and ensure I continue to keep up with my family I have used Athlean-X solely for years now and love all of the programs and the thought put into them in regards to body mechanics Not only are the programs great but their customer service is top notch and extremely responsive to any questions I may have to ensure I get the most out of my programs I highly recommend everyone try at least one program because you will be hooked
