Very disappointed in this company

Very disappointed in this company Bought a house with their recently installed doors etc wanted to make a few changes came and measured on 7th July all seemed OK then nothing Emails and calls not responded too Head Office did respond called me said would sort out heard nothing more in over 2 weeks Leaves me with a kitchen I cannot complete Edit 22 9 22 - Having replied to their response of 5 9 received one email to say they would look into no further contact despite chasing emails I just want to be able to buy the bits I need to complete the kitchen

If I could put 0 I would I ordered a whole kitchen makeover in November Paid 3400 deposit The local Manchester office went into administration and kept my money I ve been in contact with Deena to try to get the money back who has stopped messaging me or answering my calls Worst thing is my mum passed away last May and this was money she left me I am going to trading standards first before legal action Shocking company Thought I d update my review Still heard nothing about the refund No communication There was an automated response to the first review Don t think they have any inclination to help So I ll keep leaving bad reviews until I take it to trading standards

Shocking Customer after Service

Had a beautiful new kitchen fitted which we were delighted with However the wraps started to separate from the doors The franchise we purchased from has retired so contacted HQ After 5 calls messages finally got directed spoke to the Dream Doors Team I have an extensive paper trail of contact but here we are some 4 5 months later and still awaiting final resolution under our Warranty We were visited our home agreed manufacturing fault even sent an e-mail saying replacements received from their supplier but still no replacement fitting date Have e-mailed Have left voice messages on the mobile number given for contact but just NO communication in return 21 e mails from both parties 6 phone calls a messenger message later we are no further forward than we were on 30th Jan 2023 Hopefully someone at Dream Doors will get in touch now PLEASE

Replaced door on my fitted freezer After a few months the door is warped Dream Doors reaction is that it s a common problem I should buy a new freezer very defensive After arguments and a very long delay I got a new door Obvious that the will be some condensation in the gap between the door and the unit and the material of the door should be able to resist The old original door was never affected in this way So my new door is inferior quality If the inner surface was properly sealed there wouldn t be a problem I have attached heavy kitchen foil and I sure I have solved it

Dream Doors Worcester Poor time keeping Shoddy Workmanship Couldn t care less attitude Worst of all an extremely rude phone call from Kate demanding the balance when after 7 weeks the work is not completed to the high standard promised

North Manchester Branch AVOID

North Manchester BranchAll seemed ok at first Franchise owner came and was very amenable We paid the 50 deposit and told it would probably be a few weeks to get the doors plinths and cornices made We also ordered a brand new wall and base unit to replace some shelves Then it started As time went by nothing materialised We kept chasing up but were given different excuses each time as to why no one came to measure up or the status of the goods After much chasing and 3 months down the line the first fitter started work taking 7 days - not the 2-3 days quoted causing much disruption The doors were misaligned and some other remedial work was needed but we were told that this would be done once the cabinets arrived However the cabinets took 4 months in total to arrive when they should have come with doors Again lame excuses for the delay and a half fitted kitchen When the units arrived another fitter was sent over and then the worst nightmare began The wall unit was in pieces It took him 8 hours approximately to try and put it together and fix to wall On close inspection we found that it was a patched up job There were 16 screw holes in the base where it must have been attached to a work top or display unit It was in 2 halves joined at the top by a piece of wood We were charged for a brand new unit but did not receive one This fitter attached the base unit to broken floor tiles damaged the cornice and then went off without completing any of the remedial work At this point as well as previously the owner avoided us blocked our calls and never came round to inspect the damages This has been an absolute nightmare when it should have been an exciting time for us It took several calls to head office who ignored us at first Only when our solicitor got involved did any of them pay attention We most certainly would not recommend them after what we were put through with no apology and only to be ghosted once problems arose

Do not use

Do not use I cannot discourage you enough from using this company based on my experience and treatment from the Norwich showroom Over 4 months from initial installation where we ve suffered damaged worktops damaged drawers which fell off and a defective tap and we have still not got the promised service and product Terrible experience No ownership taken by the company Really regret using them Update - emailed details as requested to the marketing team Shock horror no one gets back to me Seriously do not use this company

BEWARE OF DREAM DOORS KITCHENS These shops are franchises and there is no guarantee that they will fulfill their contract with you Our contract with Lichfield Tamworth Dream Doors was signed in December 2023 a substantial deposit paid A start date was promised for March 2024 To date June 24 no work has been done Contact with the manager has been non existent He has never answered his phone or had the courtesy to contact me Their Head Office in Northampton consistently assured me that my kitchen would be fitted but last week I received an email to say that the franchise had gone into liquidation If I were you I wouldn t touch Dream Doors with a barge pole I suggest you scroll down and read similar reviews This will confirm what I have written

Appalling customer service

Initially I was impressed by the customer service however after that things went down hill The fitter didn t attend the appointment at my home and when I phoned him he said he couldn t make it and somebody should have phoned me He then promised to phone me back but didn t I sent an email complaining about the service I received but the company didn t have the manners to respond I ve effectively been ghosted by them Dreadful customer service

Bedroom doors and wardrobe redesign still waiting

We arranged for a quote from the Royal Wootton Bassett branch and this was completed without any fuss We were optimistic that the work we needed doing was going to be done and awaited the quote Then waited chased up given excuses and promised a call back chased and told awaiting external supplier quote and as yet nothing Terrible service is my conclusion as there is still no quote and wonder whether the company would be able to fulfil it even if they quoted
