Kitchen transformation

I want to thank you Dreamdoors for their job They provide a good service and they have an amazing customer care My kitchen now is transformed and it looks like a new one I would like to say thank you to this serious and well organised company

I used Dream Doors Wotton Basset OK in the end

I used Dream Doors Wotton Basset Very poor communication I ordered a refurbishment and payed a substantial deposit in Feb 2021 I was told 8 - 10 weeks wait Ive had to initiate all the communications to find out whats the hold up They did not seem to be able to order an OAK worktop for love or money However finally the kitchen has been fitted The fitter Bob is excellent Takes his time to do a great job My wife and I are very pleased with the finished look

Excellent company to deal with

Excellent company to deal with Always kept appointments and were very quick to resolve any problems They use good quality materials and professional workman Only downside was the cost which was somewhat higher than expected Maybe I m just out of date

Work takes longer than the boss estimates

Very quick service from ordering to installation However was led to believe it would take 1 or 2 days max to fit new work surfaces Fitters arrived promptly on first day but were unimpressed about the time scale and said they would need 3 days for the work Wasn t told we would be without gas hob or kitchen tap overnight which wasn t a huge issue just poor communication Also when fitters arrived they expected permits to park this was never mentioned to me and as I only had one they had to leave at 4 on day 1 All in all poor communication and in my opinion over priced and no follow up afterwards Bit disappointed

Thrilled to bits

The whole experience was easy Tunbridge Wells branch were helpful friendly and apart from a couple of small issues which were put right with no trouble to me I couldn t be happier with the workmanship clean and tidy during the process and I am thrilled to bits with the transformation of my small kitchen Would recommend to anyone

Excellent customer service Excellent kitchen fitting service from Marrat the kitchen fitter Snagging and finishing support service from Kevin from Sefton showroom could not have been any better or more thorough truly excellent

Dream Doors offer expertise in design plenty of choice when considering your kitchen as well as a professional installation Not the cheapest but worth the investment

The whole process was very efficient

The whole process was very efficient We had helpful advice all the workmen were very good and pleasant to have around There are just a few minor snags to be ironed out but we are very pleased with the end result

It was worth it in the game

We are very happy with our Dream Doors kitchen The staff were all friendly and supportive Mark who did the majority of the installation was excellent He took a lot of care over everything he did and was highly skilled The ultimate finish of the kitchen was excellent My only quibble is the time it took compared to what they said at the beginning It could never have been done in the time suggested and it still took longer than the corrected time We were happy to wait however because of the quality of the work I would still highly recommend Dream Doors however
