They trains people without paying wasting months even the resources are self managed They recruit as independent travel managers earning only by commission basis but have to work in a full day schedule as per contract and even after completing their training They don t provide basic support for their agents they might drop you anytime and your emails won t be replied And only contacts are emails Is is basically a scam I think they are ran by Indiann

I Spent 5 month in this company training and working in experince team They are using our effort time and resources to work in cold calls with 1000 clients and making fake ads and ask you to change client how is calls to take insurence and useless product over the tickets prices working with them is wasting of time

They practice daylight robbery and slavery Not even one westerners working for them Just pity the Nigerians and Indians working currently with them without any allowance It is not a freelance job as they claim because you work compulsory 8 hours straight at their own choosing time Glad I rejected thier offer after working for 3 months

These people lure unsuspecting young people from developing countries and sell false dreams and hopes of making good commission in dollars as travel agents only fools them to find out that Dreamport is manipulative and exploitative They only recruit these youngsters from Africa and other developing countries just to use and exploit them If you are an African here or from any other developing country DON T JOIN DREAMPORT DON T BE LURED DON T BE FOOLED IT WILL BE THE THE WORST DECISION YOU WOULD EVER MAKE IN A LONG WHILE IF YOU EVER JOIN To be forewarned is to be forearmed

They are exploiters They use developing countries in job slavery luring them with good pay adverts but keep them working on their backlog ques of unyielding customers with no pay for months bfr they relieve you and use another set Yes they will give u code names so that they don t keep updating their system The next set of people will continue with the code names left by the past set They garbage in people garbage them about and be like next Users no compensation whatsoever

Dreamport literally deployed a structure to train people use our resources and time kept giving daily tasks and used us to reach the clients in their trash bin And after 3 months of working sales using expensive data time making us invest in really expensive gadgets and all they just dumped us with an email And now they re recruiting people again

If you re reading this don t even waste your time applying They will tell you it is a freelance position but you have to work 8 hours a day for 5 days a week with no compensation and strict targets You will not sell any tickets because priority is given to their call centres and they will give you cold leads to waste your time They mainly employ desperate Africans and Asians for slave labor and they will take 95 of anything you earn if you are lucky Their tickets are also overpriced and will not sell

As a trainee we had a session with the trainer and one of the trainees asked about the negative reviews on Trust Pilot I kid you not the trainer said he should focus on the positive To add salt to the injury the trainer wanted us to celebrate that on a certain month 4000 sales had been made as per the website The trainee then asked him to navigate to the part of the website with the number of agents and it was 4000 ish On dividing it s like each TA had made 0 9 sales that month That session ended up being a back and forth with the trainer for about an hour during which he also made a belittling comment about why the trainee thought it necessary to apply for the job Guess if the trainer thinks it s pitiful that you are even there what really is there to get KINDLY DON T BE DECEIVED BY THE NUMBERS ON THE WEBSITE DO YOUR MATHS From the website itself the payout per Travel Agent is either too low to be worth your time Or it s just humanly impossible to earn their so called bonuses Imagine getting only 20 of whatever amount you add to a ticket and then to get the bonus for that month about 500 you need to have made 1000 in earnings on that month alone Like how And I d asked the HR during her presentation on the first day of live nesting to tell me in her experience how many sales one would need to make that month to reach that 1000 target and she said 4 Haha laughable Which clients would buy a ticket for 4 times the price when they have options I ve seen people working on BQ leads So much calling and nothing Not even 1 closed sale I know this because before I asked to be rescheduled I already had access to the Google docs sheet follow up file They hardly reply to emails You ll have to send multiple emails My short time with them has been terrible I don t not wish to continue and I wish I never wasted my 1 month

This company is a total scam and time-waster for staff and even customers The customers are handled by staff who are not competent nor trained I was once a staff member there before I resigned

Dreamport you have waisted my time and your process is just bullshit I spent more than a week to follow your training knowing the fact that the nesting schedule which you mentioned and communicating on your website is at 4pm cst which fit to my actual availability I passed all process and received my confirmation of nesting for 1pm cst How can that be Your infos are false and of course you are absolutely unfair unflexible as you denied my request of reschedule Please learn to treat people with the respect and not l as a slave further more for a freelance job This company is a joke and for me close to a fraud Best regardsLaurent Kopp Username lk466
