Easy to view products on line great prices and prompt delivery We had a good idea what we wanted had been round endless local suppliers but been uninspired so started searching on line We are replacing a 40yr old Ideal Standard bathroom so when we saw Ideal Standard on Drench website we were keen to make a purchase It was easy to compare items check sizes and prices so we placed an order Everything arrived earlier than the standard quoted date well informed by the supplier who was himself very helpful One small omission corrected by a quick phone call What more could you ask oh of course absolutely brilliant prices
