I initially ordered a bath The price was excellent compared to other sites I rang with a couple of queries and these were dealt with very satisfactorily At this point the value of my order was less than 399 so I paid the delivery charge The next day I decided to order a shower mixer and bath waste from Bathroom House too I rang again and was assured that my two orders would be combined and that I would be refunded the delivery charge as my order was now worth more than 399 I received notification of my refund the next day Delivery was arranged very efficiently and my goods arrived in perfect condition I highly recommend this company You get to deal with named people who clearly make every effort to provide excellent service to the customer

Great value and brilliant customer service

I had just come across this shop online and had never been before I arrived at their office wanting a number of items to take home that day however I wasnt hopeful as everywhere was either out of stock or had ridiculous delivery times b q 3 weeks However having been met with the most helpful staff Jake I was surprised all items were in stock and so much cheaper than I had found anywhere else I was given different options of products which were explained to me perfectly Product knowledge is a hit with me I think it was the manager who found me my taps I wanted that wasn t even on their website yet for a bargain and in stock which made my day I didn t move of my seat was shown different options payment simple and straight forward super helpful and friendly staff an they even packed my car I honestly couldn t recommend Bathroom house enough

10 out of 10 for after sales

I bought a very competitively priced shower and mixer set just over 2 years ago It looked great and we ve been really happy with it Unfortunately just recently it s developed a problem I telephoned for some advice and was immediately informed that it was still under warranty I ve dealt with two members of staff separately Rebecca and Vinny and they have both gone above and beyond to make sure that I m happy and that the problem is sorted This company is one of the most reliable efficient and friendly retailers that I have come across in years In these tough times it s really heart warming to know that there s good people out there in business who take their customer service seriously Thank you

Excellent Product and Customer Service

We cannot thank Damien and his team for recommending the right toilet and sink for our downstairs cloakroom Although small we knew nothing of exactly what we wanted including the fixtures but we did not need to worry From Damien the boss to Rebecca in the office it made something which could have been a disaster a stress free experience I would recommend Bathroom-House both for quality of goods and customer service and would absolutely use them again

Excellent products with great after sales care I d forgot to order couple of bits on my original order and Bathroom house came through and got me them quickly so I could get my bathroom finished Used Victoria plum in the past and some of their products were of poor construction and their after sales care was awful Bathroom house is the one for me from now on

Bought a 3 4 to 1 2 long bent reducer in polished chrome The picture looked good but on receiving it it was BRILLIANT It has made my modest bath installation look very professional sreating2 slender columns for my thermostatic bath tap Could not be more satisfied Thank you
