Attempting to return 2 products as my skin reacted poorly It s been several days since requesting an RMA number After 3 e-mails I noticed the responses were generated via AI I am so angry save your money Horrible company Wish I knew what else I could do

Horrible customer service policies They ve clearly lost my order I ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for it and they re pretty much ghosting me after multiple emails to them I was told most unhelpfully that they don t do replacements for customer outside of the U S So you re comfortable taking their money but won t compensate them for not fulfilling their orders Sounds pretty scammy to me I had signed up for a continual subscription which I ve just cancelled so it s great knowing these people don t even care about their own business opportunities When you violate customer rights like this it catches up pretty fast on you

I wish I could give 0 stars I recently bought DRMTLGY Tinted Mositurizer with 46 SPF After applying it I had severe breakouts followed by skin burn And that s not it I have discoloration on my face which will take another 3 months to go away according to my dermatologist This is not a sunscreen Please do not buy this

I ordered the Luminous Eye Corrector SPF 41 for the dark circles under my eyes The advertisements and videos had all false claims It creases terribly leaves a pinkish white hue that does not blend well and dries the skin around my eyes making it appear flaky I requested a refund Hopefully I get it

I placed an order four weeks ago spending over 100 and have yet to receive my products Their customer service keeps telling me they re working on my order At this point I consider their site to be fraudulent

This line WRECKED my skin The under eye correcting product left my eyes dry and scaly up to the lower lid The lotion and microdermabrasion dried my skin out while somehow making it seem moisturizing TOTAL WASTE And it is taking WEEKS to get my skin back to normal ZERO STARS
