Don t believe positive reviews This is a scam Reviews website naming it too is not genuine Website has no phone number or address Email address on it is not responded to I ordered received no confirmation order number etc so was alerted Money taken unit arrived in about ten days and is cheap rubbish DO NOT FALL FOR THIS Reported to bank and Police Fraud

I believe this is a scam I purchased a dehumidifier but after one week I discovered that it did not work and was simply a waste of my money time and energy When I tried to return it and request a refund they sent me automated emails and changed their website name Raveno As a result I informed my bank about the situation

Total rip off I was stupid enough to order a dehumidifier after seeing advert how brilliant this machine is very small hardly any water comes out waste of money don t buy Should have paid an extra 20 and bought another Meaco don t waste your money

I ve been conned

Like many others I made the mistake of buying one of these dehumidifiers for 138 It s worse than useless It s significantly smaller than the advertising makes it out to be It removes very little water from a room despite being on all day and night I thought at first it was just a fan but after 18 hrs a few drops of water appeared in the bottom of the container I wish I d read the bad reviews first There were some glowing reports which must be fake They re marketing the same piece of cr p under a different name now These scammers should be stopped The outlay represents 25 of my monthly pension I m very annoyed and disgruntled and yes I know I ve only got myself to blame

See other reviews This is a Chinese SCAM Do NOT order from this company it is NOT a UK company as advertised Refused delivery once I realised but struggling getting refund plus they charge 35 45 to ship back to China Ive reported to Consumer Helpline and they are reporting to Trading Standards who maybe limited to what they can do as Dryease are governed by Hong King Laws AVOID EDIT Now reported to Action Fraud who took all company detail addresses etc This needs stopping too many ppl getting ripped off

It s a scam Customer service is useless in providing a refund only gives instructions how to proceed with a dehumidifier that doesn t work I thought I was buying a Dryease product and the page goes to Raveno It s a scam and now I am poorer by 138 Already filled in a complaint with Action Fraud and police

Scam company do not be taken in by their Website They are not based in the UK The goods come from China and don t even work returning them for a refund is extremely costly and even then the company only offered 3 refund There is no phone number listed so you can t speak to anyone They are now operating under a different name and before Dryease they operated under at least 2 other names They do this to try to avoid people getting wise to their scams Look at the reviews carefully and watch the video that appeared on BBC regarding these scammers The reviewer who they quote as endorsing their product categorically denies ever having reviewed anything for them and accuses them of stealing his identity he has involved the police Even some of the few good reviews appear fake because if you look at other products the people have reviewed they have reviewed the same products at around the same time and said very similar things
