AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND SELLER Dehumidifier not fit for purpose as described and independent review is just bullocks Product itself is not better then any 20 30 you find online Chinese product and seller not UK and the returns policy is just as bad as the product

They sent a replacement but very exhausting process

This is a Chinese company not a UK one I trusted best reviews and bought 2 dehumidifiers One of them is plain defective the other one works just OK I sent them 3 emails asking for a refund but had no reply Total scam UPDATE after many attempts they answered back I originally wanted to send the product back but they did not let me and sent a new one It was a long process to finally get at least a replacement but they did send it

Still waiting for delivery after nearly 2 weeks When you order a dehumidifier it s usually because you need one - this company is not uk based at all and tracking schedule seemed fake - very slow Dehumidifier finally arrived after a full 2 weeks and does work so just be wary of websites with co uk but actually in China Remember to check every website for phone number and contact address - if not on the website be cautious

As a company they do not honour there return option I m 78yrs old and have no drying facilities so I bought Dryease dehumidifier but unfortunately it did not dry my clothesI contacted the company and they said leav it on for 3 days They would not give me return details And now they won t return my messages

Extremely effective wish tank was bigger

This dehumidifier has been a lifesaver with all the heat and rain we ve been having lately I ve been running it nonstop for a week and it s really lowered the humidity in my apartment I just wish the tank was a bit bigger but other than that it s great

This dehumidifier has worked wonders for my basement It pulls so much moisture out of the air and has totally gotten rid of that damp musty smell Just a little bit noisy but it s a small price to pay for a drier basement
