The golf shoes are comfortable but customer service lost the opportunity to gain a long-term customer and the patronage of my many golfing friends I asked for and was denied a price adjustment the difference of 65 00 on a pair of golf shoes purchased in late August at full price

Shoes are very nice Quality comfortable etc Customer service was dishonest Said they would apply the 20 on all shoes listed directly on their website after I placed the order They then reneged and said the item was already discounted They then said they would at least do 10 but then reneged again Obviously the phone reps do not have the proper authority to make such representations so they should not UPDATE The company s reply is NOT accurate There was no back and forth email exchange The 20 discount was offered by the phone rep during a conversation BEFORE I placed the order The 10 discount was also stated by another phone rep after I placed the order Your reply should be honest Thanks
