The only complaint I have is the choice

The only complaint I have is the choice of music playing overhead I believe it was Christian rock pop I don t understand why something so personal such as religious belief was necessary for my experience It had me wondering if the company was limited in its inclusion based on religion or possibly even other factors Otherwise my experience was great

The staff was knowledgeable with the transactions I want to make Greatly customer service and satisfaction

Too many people to work through

I had two orders of business to take care of The first could be handled by one person but couldn t take care of my other without going to another I was told there were two individuals that could help but the first one who was freed up didn t help I had to wait for the other person to get finished with the member before getting finalizing my business
