Katrina had my loan processed in less

Been with Dugood for years and am happy with my bank Recently applied for a personal loan and the entire process took minimal time and was super easy Would recommend banking with them

Taylor is the best at what she does

Taylor made going through with purchasing a vehicle so effortless and easy and across state lines even Constantly in communication with me and the dealership even when they were being hard headed Taylor definitely deserves recognition for her attention to detail and her care to help me as a member

It was my first time using DuGood Credit Union and I was very impressed with their customer service to open 3 accounts with the Jasper branch I switched from Wells Fargo who I ve had since 2002 because there wasn t one close to where I bought my house in Jasper I m very satisfied with DuGood

Why I continue to choose DuGood

My go to person at DuGood is Darlene at the Lumberton branch Even though I just recently moved from Lumberton I still would rather drive there which is 30 mins away because she always goes over beyond Nothing personal against any of the other branches but Darlene goes out of her way and over beyond for whatever it is I m needing I had a few not so great experiences at another branch but she is one of the reasons I continue to keep my accounts at DuGood I hope she gets recognition for the amazing job that she does It s hard to find good service anywhere now days sadly
