Worst park ever Do not recommend Extremely unpolite and not helpful Had an accident and they did not care

Tikibad is unsafe management don t care

Visited here on holiday on the second day I broke my collarbone on a waterslide in the TikiBad - inflatable rings without handles to hold on to no supervision lack of lifeguards - this place isn t safe But now 3 weeks later back in the UK I am off work and have had to have surgery - I will be out of action for weeks and will have permanent scars Duinrell management do not care have not been in touch and refuse to give me the accident report Worst holiday experience ever

Misleading park

We paid full price for entry not knowing or there was no information about the 2 main big rides are closed I emailed them over this problem and they were very rude to me I asked them for my money back they said an abrubt no We never go there again They are not honest

This park is so bad I don t even know where to begin The park closes at around 5pm even for the people staying within the park Doesn t open until 10am so people with young kids it s literally boring The swimming is disgusting outdoor full of bird poo like bird poo that has been accumulating for months Kids play area rusty and just disgusting Every two steps you take there s poo everywhere do not take your kids there Indoor swimming super dangerous and life guards couldn t care less The soft play for children is super dirty it literally looks like it doesn t get cleaned for months if at all They have a late night one night for the rides however this late night is for 2 hours only and is only 3 rides open and none of the staff seem to even know when the late night was which is weird The system for swimming is weird you re allowed to go swimming 4 times during your stay But that s not 4 times individually oh no that s 4 times per dungalow caravan ect whatever you stay in so that means you either all have to go swimming together or lose one of your chances of going if you don t go altogether Check in was supposed to be 3 30 we were let in at 4 30 as cleaning wasn t finished when we were let in bedding was missing toilet roll missing towels missing remote from tvs missing

horrible place for a holiday

Where to start - first and foremost the staff are rude and incompetent especially the reception staff at the tiki pool and the security staff are totally inept Horrible place to stay The pools are dirty the slides are unsafe The lifeguards don t care The park is also a complete rip off Avoid like the plague On a plus note are eurocamp van was nice and clean

Horrible service for decent price

At first you have to stay in line for a long time in 2 hours we went through only on 5 slides that is we waited 25 minutes for 1 slide It was very slippery everywhere and dirty in the toilets in the lobby especially near the slides However the restaurant was the most disappointing Long queue for fries and drinks That s why we bought only burgers The price for burger is 6 euros but it looks so terrible as if someone has been sitting on it for 1 hour I even took a photo of these burgers for the price for 6 euros Unfortunately it cannot be attached here

Stay well away

Well it s been nearly 2 weeks now so I think I have seen enough to comment the campsite is awful sand everywhere when it rains it gets in you van or tent grey sludge no space between units no privacy noisy at night security have no interest also staff in reception very rude more importantly cleanliness on site I was walking to toilets late at night and I lost count of the amount of rats I saw their doesn t appear to be any first aid on site and no fire control points such as fire hydrants or buckets with sand and the pitches are so close together if a fire did start well god knows what would happen advice Stay well away

Duingaloes bad for your health

Duingaloes are stinky and unhealthy We experienced black mould in one and toxic chemical smells in the bedrooms of a second duingaloe that would burn your nostrils It was impossible to relax or sleep despite trying to be brave and airing out and buying air freshners Customer service at duinreill very weak They deny how awful and serious this is and take no responsibility We watched them put new people immediately into the mouldy house Just not an acceptable standard for vacation accommodation for anyone 1750e We left early upset and bewildered I had not seen all the bad reviews here and elsewhere Now i have to ask How are they continuing to get away with this Do not stay the night in their duingaloes Kids enjoyed the park and pool
