Heyes provided amazing service start to finish Megan was helpful and a great organiser Our Surveyor Jay was amazing Had a level 3 survey Jay was Knowledgeable efficient easy to talk to and get hold of The report was comprehensive and covered most the areas - access was an issue but after consultation we knew what to look out for when we got access Of course this could not go into the report as Jay did not see it but we were comfortable enough to take that risk on ourselves He also paid particular attention to areas we had highlighted After sending the report to our solicitor there she had questions for us so we rang Jay and he answered all our questions gave great information Definitely helped having a chap like that in our corner I would definitely use Heyes again in the future

Satisfied with Level 3 Survey

I commissioned a Level 3 survey from Heyes Surveyors in April 2022 I found their service very fast it took about one week between first contacting and an additional 7 working days to get the survey The service was also better value than many other services I had received quotes for Although I have not lived in the property yet so I don t know if everything was caught the report seemed very detailed and picked up the issues I was hoping to see The surveyor clearly took the time to talk with the seller and there were good details on historic issues with the property It might be helpful to note that the report won t cover gas electrical and boiler safety so you should be prepared that they will recommend to get separate surveys for these items Mika M

They had good communication and the survey was clear and easy to read I was unable to meet anyone since I requested the survey from overseas but they took care of everything and they gave me no reason to be worried about their service I d recommend them

If you are requiring a survey I would recommend Heyes Chartered Surveyors It was really easy to arrange a survey and the Heyes staff I spoke to were very helpful The surveyor was prompt and was available to speak to on the phone to answer some questions I had after receiving the report William 221837-1
