I was looking for a TV series I was not able to get on YouTube or as an official DVD By hazard I came across DVD Planet Store I must admit I was a little skeptical at the beginning but made the remittance Communication with them was very friendly open and finally the requested DVDs reached me in the condition as offered and luckily undamaged despite their long journey from Pakistan to Germany The only negative aspect for me are the high shipping charges from Pakistan to Germany but I knew this from the beginning and it is not the fault of DVD Planet Store So I am very satisfied with their performance and if the opportunity rises I will surely order from thm again

Good place for rare DVD s

Searching the Internet for some tv-series on DVD they were only available at DVDPlanet store The store offers an amazing collection of DVD s not found anywhere else During the ordering process the helpdesk was extremely helpful promptly and extensively answering all my questions and even offering valuable additional information Payment through PayPal worked without problems The quality of the DVD s is good Shipping cost from Pakistan are high however this is beyond control of DVDPlanet store and it was worth it as I ordered quite a few DVD s

DVD Planet is the BEST

I m a repeat customer of DVD Planet and this experience is why Due to the rarity of Harry s Law DVD sets they could only offer me copies of a copy and I gratefully agreed In order to read the DVD-RW discs I had to buy a new region-free all-formats Blu-Ray but I don t care It s SO worth it to see Kathy Bates in one of her best roles it s right up there with Iris the desk clerk in AHS Hotel Thanks to everyone there were many emails who helped make it happen

Efficient honest and communicative - and very reasonable price

I was a little skeptical about this company despite the good reviews on Trust Pilot However they were honest efficient and most of all communicative At each stage they answered by queries and I felt reassured that there intention was to deliver my product to the highest standard i could not find this dvd anywhere else - they found it charged a very reasonable price and delivered it efficiently Really these guys offer an excellent service and i m very gratefully to them for it

Excellent Service

DVD Planet just sent me a set of DVDs for a favorite TV series that is no longer available here I wanted it as a Christmas gift for my husband Emily in Customer Service was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me through the process and the package even arrived ahead of schedule
