I was looking for a very difficult to get hold of series actually had been looking for a number of years Ordered through DVD Planet and was a bit unsure of using this site as I had to pay through a third party However all has gone very well product is excellent and I am one satisfied customer Item was packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition Email follow up and genuine customer service was excellent

I was a bit dubious sending a 50 payment to an address that seemed to be linked to Pakistan but my concerns were unjustified The service was exemplary My emails were always responded to within 48 hours and my item was delivered within the suggested time frame The DVD itself was very well packed and in mint condition when it arrived I am absolutely delighted with this company and will definitely be using them again should the need arise

I received an email asking me to screenshot and attach paypal receipt to the email from dvdplanetstore I thought unusual but due to paypal guarantee and protection I did it anyway This compamy is absolutly fine and above board I received my items packaged perfectly and within the given time estimated Also communicaton to my one email asking if my goods were in transit was answered swiftly and professionally I am completely genuine and thank dvd planetstore for a good service

The four seasons of Beakman s World I ordered here were the best I could have expected The DVDs and their cases were well packed to avoid breakage and theft the DVDs themselves were in fine shape the DVD menus were of high quality and the picture and sound of the episodes could not have been better I d recommend anyone to obtain their DVDs here if they can t obtain them anywhere else

Initially getting DVD Planet to start the order took a while and a few tries because it was a custom request of 2 very rare titles Once I paid for the order I was a little skeptical based on some negative reviews Once I received the products I was VERY happy with the dvd quality Professionally produced with interactive menus and sharp resolution with crisp audio I was amazed and totally impressed with what DVD Planet produced Emily was incredibly nice and professional at all times as the point of contact at DVD Planet I thank Emily with helping me obtain the product I wanted and exceeding my expectations
