Avoid DVD Planet Store They engage in COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT FRAUD They illegally are selling my film Echoes 2014 on their website after I ve requested they remove it and they continue to list it on their page They are selling stolen property They will be hearing from my team in the near future but I wanted to write this on here so everyone knows what kind of company this is THIEFS FRAUD

Now I know what they are doing I wrote a review about a month ago and I can t find my review I was wondering why this company still has 5 star they are deleting the bad reviews Anyways I will say what i said in my other review This company is a scam I ordered 3 dvds from them and got a confirmation order email They said payment details would be in the another email that would be sent 24-48 hours later never got the email so I emailed their costumer service I still got no response all I got was a email confirming that my request to speak to customer service was received Two weeks later still to reply so i sent another request and I am here after 2 months still no reply To think that I was willing to drop almost 200 dollar on this company is mind boggling I don t know why this company has a bunch of good reviews about being communicative but most of them have to be fake Pls beware

Received a reply from them after placing an order days ago of course saying I should hear from them shortly If they re sending a second class letter it contains 21st class service Oh dear Alwidaah Goodbye as they say over there in Pakistan good-riddance as they say over here

I would love to go for one of my favorite TV shows on their website but first I don t know how much I trust it shipping from Pakistan and even though I get it s international they want me to pay 325 for shipping so everything would come to 500 all together and they want 44 for each season I m sorry but can the bootleg quality really be that great at that kind of price I don t think so

This place is a scam lost my 70 dollars sent countless emails nothing back Apparently money never got sent it s taken them 7 months to get back to me I sent at least 40 emails and no reply I m not deleting my comment because taken so long to get back to me that s not how you run a business June 2020 last year I ordered this only got a reply today jan 2021

I made a substantial order and paid in early 2022 The order is on hold according to my account and there is no explanation for this Have emailed them and completed their enquiry forms many times over the past two years and they have not replied at all I know they receive the messages from me by receiving read receipt and auto generated acknowledgment of email replies

Sad to report I bought DVDs from these guys that never arrived When I emailed for support I received no communication even after several pleas I can only conclude that they have stolen my 70 are a scam Avoid

My name is Fritz Baptiste recently bought a DVD of The Nightmare Room and I was extremely disappointed with the product what I found that the items and extras were rip-offs of DVDs from Warner Archives Though not a very good DVD if you ask me and the rest were ripped from YouTube Now when I buy a product from another website I expect from the product to at least differentiate from the more marketable products from Amazon To say that this was not what I hope for would be an understatement I was hoping for more WB Broadcast Rips In2TV Rips and Chiller TV Airings But what I got instead was a cheap product with a crap result So in conclusion the product was a bust and highly recommend everyone to stay away from this item and look carefully at DVDPlanet

I bought a 36 dollars DVD and paid 70 dollars for delivery total 106 US dollars The shipping cost was twice as expensive but it was worth it because it was a very rare DVD I received 5 DVDs and they worked perfectly I was worried but now the DVD Planet Store has been verified I will use this place again
