Ever been had

Total waste of money absolutely no effect whatsoever I was stupid read all the stuff and actually order a double batch in case price went up I now have 9 bottles left after 3 months which will all go in the bin

Unethical and dishonest organisation

Terrible experience Original order interrupted Received link asking me to resume which I did Confirmation came but wrong product Challenged immediately They said already dispatched clearly a lie Sent back but they wouldn t accept Complete waste of money These people are fundamentally dishonest Follow-up They called me to dispute the facts Very offensive and rude Firstly said they hadn t received and then acknowledged they may have refused receipt Said I should have waited for their forms Confirmed I had sent to correct address Asked why they didn t send forms at once Just repeated themselves Whole tone aggressive and insulting Said I d post this They said they would dispute and get it taken down Their response is disengenuous They acknowledged that they refused receipt in tel call They said I should have waited for forms but that was first I d heard of forms despite email correspondence Their tone was aggressive I explained whole thing to them They don t listen and said so many poor reviews was small sample

What a scam

What a scam Nearly 200 for their dodgy offer I suffer with excruciating joint pain After two months absolutely no different Please avoid this company at allcosts

Didn t receive order and would not refund money

Hi I made an order from this company and never received it They have tracking information showing it is stuck on the way back to them but will not refund my money They have clear information saying it was never delivered and has been returned but will not refund me I am having to take legal advice now

Please Do Not Buy This Product

Please do not buy this product My husband bought me the 3 bottle offer which I took in the hopes of improving the pain in my knee I stopped taking all other supplements to give Easy Flex the best chance to work Almost immediately the pain in my knee got worse but I endured for 3 months Eventually I went back on the Turmeric supplement I usually take and returned to the level of pain I usually felt I contacted the company we bought Easy Flex from but basically they did not want to know I think this is a scam as we paid 189 for something that just did not work

Not happy trying to return and get part or full refund

Not happy they only offered the tablets in multiples of 3 or 6 bottles After consuming nearly all of just 1 bottle and feeling they are not doing what they advertised I decided to return the remaining 5 sealed bottles They are trying to stop me saying that they are saving me the cost of return if I just keep taking the rest Payed for on paypalMy proof is on my payal account backed by my bank card and shows on my bank statement as PAYPAL NUTRA on your VISA debit card for 199 807th January 2022 Transaction ID7NF11884PT553220M

Not told about shellfish allergen

We ordered 6 bottles but when they arrived we found the ingredients contained shellfish which I am allergic to When I asked them if they would pay for the return Which is to France which we didn t know they were coming from they said this information was on their terms and conditions and they were not going to pay Also after seeing people were having difficulty getting their refunds we have decided to give to friend

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

I d give no stars if that was an option Very expensive but having tried cheaper things and not working I thought I d give it a go as really suffering with pain and difficulty walking which is my life Received email to say they d been delivered but didn t receive them Contacted customer services and couldn t tell me where they d be delivered to Several weeks later turned up at neighbours house but no one had informed me they were waiting for me to collect Eventually started taking them and after a few weeks still no difference Was told to keep taking them as can take a while Contacted customer services again and was told couldn t use the money back guarantee as over the time frame which was never highlighted when I purchased them or contacted them the several times I had to Useless product very expensive and appealing customer service DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Easy fungus disappointment

I ordered Easy fungus from this company and it gave my husband mouth ulcers each time he tried to use it I have persistently tried to contact them via email and phone since to arrange return of un used bottles and refund to no avail
