My husband The Smart one placed an order for a cologne that he thought was an incredible deal If it was free it still would ve been too much for the aggravation and time it has cost just to receive the merchandise or to speak to a customer service agent I see since he placed the order the name of the company has changed It s been 6 weeks no product tracking number not even a peek a boo from this company It a shame you have to google a company reviews before placing a order Would like to support small businesses but with scam companies like this one I m going to stick with well known retail companies ex Macy s Nordstrom Saks

I was so excited to support a Muslim but let down

I was so excited to support a Muslim owned business But I sure got my hopes up My orders are just now starting to ship after 14 days of placing the order and all of the items aren t even included in that shipment Who knows when I will actually receive them On the other hand I ordered from another business located in Turkey with much lower prices with great quality items and I received them within a week The prices are so high for this terrible service I will not order from them again And unfortunately I cannot attest to the clothing quality yet but my hopes are very low

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received I wish I could say it was hyperbole because I really want to be able to support a Muslim business with plus-size options and I am not a person who writes reviews like this But unless they change dramatically do not trust this business I had been waiting two weeks trying to clear my order being handed off to different employees and in that time I was assured that my order was approved and on its way TWICE Then 17 days after I placed it my order it was cancelled suddenly and without notice So here I am two and a half weeks wasted with nothing to show for it but stress and some terrible customer service

It s I have placed many orders and have spent 100 s on dollar shopping here The 1 time I call for a return damaged item all I got was attitude The first person I felt with via email Rashmi just wanted me to know that it s a final sale item so f-off The customer service manager Uzma wanted to discipline me for calling that one unwearable item trash I had to remind her that I was not her child I couldn t believe how they would take for granted a customer who has spent 100 s of dollars over a 50 item I will NEVER EVER do business with them again

Zero Star This is a rude and unprofessional company They do not deliver orders in time I requested cancelation but they refuse even though they cannot meet the delivery target The sizes and quality of clothes very poor and substandard Stay away from ordering from them

Terrible service

This was my second order with them The first order took forever to get here so with the second order I paid for express shipping Order was placed on March 30 didn t receive it until April 15th I ve emailed and called No answer to calls but the email response was confusing because all he said was my order was arriving instead of addressing the refund for the express shipping Now they will not return my emails

Very very bad experience with this company Had a huge order for the first time They messed up all the sizes Has to constantly email and call to get that fixed Shipping says 8-14 days I order before ramadan hoping to get in time and was disappointed Shipping took a month and a half Even after I received the shipment I didn t receive 1 item I payed or so now it s back to emailing and calling these people Very expensive clothing and very cheap material Will not be ordering again
