Good Evening From the time I contacted Easy knock until close Let me begin Kenny was the first person I came in contact with from Easy Knock He was very Patient Kind and Caring as this was very scary for me even deciding to go with Easy knock as the last option Me asking one hundred questions through the entire beginning process Then next step I was now dealing with Cassy from the closing department She was also Compassionate making sure she contacted me daily ensuring I knew where we were throughout the entire process She is a wonderful woman No words can express Caring efficient and responds to emails fast And finally I think her name was Lily what a sweetheart she called and made sure my funds were received and in my account and that I was happy Many blessings to the entire Easy Knock Staff May God bless

For reasons of necessity my husband and I got into a mortgage forbearance plan which when it ended became a nightmare When I heard about EasyKnock I looked up their reviews and called them It literally ended up being an answer to prayer We started the process immediately and it went smoothly from beginning to end Our contact Roy George patiently answered all our questions and walked us through everything that needed to be done Having been through purchase and refinancing in the past as things progressed I wasn t surprised by any part of the process If it hadn t been for EasyKnock having the Sell and Stay option we would have been hard pressed to get out of the situation we were in with the mortgage company AND find another place to live I highly recommend them to anyone who has mortgage problems and don t want to move

The whole process took less than a month We were on a short timeline and EasyKnock provided a very valid solution The closing team headed by Chun Kai Chang CK was very helpful and handled the details very well The process went very smoothly Would definitely recommend in the future They even sent a notary to my location to complete the closing

I was skeptical always waiting for the other shoe to drop because this program is too good to be true Fast forward 1 month and EasyKnock was a breeze to work with They kept me updated responded fast and walked me through every step of the way Without this program we would have been stuck but now they ve opened up so many doors for me and my family

Think outside of the box

Outside of the box could describe why there are skeptics about this company It s relatively new and has given opportunity to those who might feel they have no options to access the equity in their home Research it you should as there are options within their products but if it s a fit for what you want to accomplish we recommend you reach out to their team The representatives we worked with Samantha and Kentra were highly knowledgeable and available when the many questions we had along the way came up Communication is key to success in anything and it was very strong in my case Thank you for helping us to reach our goals

Works as advertised

Stephanie Andrew and her team did a phenomenal job with my transaction I was very skeptical of the entire process at first but needed some of my home equity to close an old business After I sold my house I received my funds within about a week Stephanie took care of the entire closing process and I did not have to be involved at all First rate experience that I would highly recommend
