The company is good at responding to
The company is good at responding to any correspondence sent to them That said if you actually have an issue with their e liquid don t expect for them to actually do anything about it I was first told they couldn t do anything because it was a custom blends They recommended a flavor for me to try instead of doing anything about the apple flavor I ordered that ended up tasting like I was vaping pine Sol I informed them I would just throw it away as it was not usable I asked if they would send a sample of what they recommended so I knew it would be usable before I spent another 50 dollars Only after I clearly told them that I threw the product away did they give an option of sending said unused product back and something could be done Obviously this option was only given to me after they knew I no longer had the product to return This whole process was an obvious means of dodging any sort of resolution on their part not to mention if I still had said product why would I spend more money to return it when I was going to get nothing in return Had I have been given this option up front rather than going back and fourth a half dozen times things would have been very different As it is I will be going back to the company I used before this because I suppose it s true you get what you pay for and the 5 dollar savings isn t worth the 45 I spent on an unusable product

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service with screenshots to show how JASON decided to speak with me and about me during his hiccup in talking smack about how i probably wouldnt return the products i had questions about and would just keep ordering Ive been a customer since 2014 and that has completely ended and would have ended quicker had i known how this business handles orders and talks about customers

Right I understand I did a custom order of apple with a cool hit That said what I receive was pine tree with a cool hit It wasn t that I didn t like the apple flavor in question but that I did not receive apple I received pine tree flavor

I have been buying my favorite flavor
I have been buying my favorite flavor from ecblend for a while now Vanilla Butternut but I have noticed the quality and flavor of the juice has gone way down I did branch out and get some Banana Nut Bread and it tastes terrible like something is wrong with my coil I changed coils Still takes like vaping dirty water I may go back to my overpriced corner store instead of buying here anymore

Buyers beware and stay clear of this company
I submitted an order on September 17th and the order stayed in production for 2 weeks Today is October 1st they cancelled my order and gave me a store credit even though they assured me I will get my order very soon on September 26th I can not believe how can a company like this scam people for their money and still stay in business Buyers beware and stay clear of this company

Ordered this product dirty-ashtray e-liquid Wasn t happy with it was wondering why are all reviews so nice when what i received tasted nothing like described but as a chemical I wrote my review which was never published so it leads me to believe this company fakes the reviews and delivers fake products

How about a refund
I have been a loyal customer since 2016 On July 4th I placed an order for 165 worth of product My credit card was charged the next morning Today is 7 24 and the order status is still in production Live chat customer service is apparently disabled and repeated messages have returned a paltry apology about staff shortages and increased shipping delays Come on guys Even in the height of a pandemic it was never this bad Edited after reply I understand that production problems persist at ECBlend My order is well beyond the published production times posted on the web site I would be happy to wait if they didn t already have my Like most people I live on a budget Now I m being forced to go out and buy inferior products with money I don t have But ECBlend policy is that an order cannot be cancelled or refunded after it is in production With no promises on a future shipping date my funds are being held hostage

On July 15th i placed a 160 order Today August 2nd order still hasn t shipped AS the other writer stated there phone is out of service and no Chat available This is truly unacceptable I also run a business and have all the same problems short staff and product shortages but i seem to keep my customers happy Its a shame i need to go thru a review to receive an answer about my order My order 2989902
