This company does not listen to it s customers

This company appears to completely ignore my requests for orders I first ordered a bench top sample and indicated that I would pick it up Days later I got a message it had been shipped by Australia Post meaning it too longer before I received it Next time I ordered two bench tops and we agreed to the day that it would be sent interstellar to coincide with when I would be at that address Again they decided to change shipping date without asking me because they apparently knew my needs better than I do When I complained about them making changes against my wishes they were totally apologetic I will not be doing any further business with Eco Greenhaus
