I have known Craig for over 10 years so when I set up my company 8 years ago and needed an IT company I instantly called Edmondsons IT Services They offer a friendly and very approachable service and no issue is never too small for them to sort Whether they solve the issue remotely or onsite they always make you feel that you are priority They look after all our computers and now look after all our phones so everything is in one place You get to know every member of the team and Craig makes sure that they understand how your business works so when an issue does arise you get the right person at the other end of the phone i would highly recommend them to any company

We have worked with Edmondsons for over 15 years We have significant IT requirements and use Edmondsons for the majority of our requirements including IT support bespoke software development and supply of hardware Their service has consistently been excellent They generally respond quickly and almost at any time of the day or weekend They are able to communicate IT issues in a way which is understandable by non-IT staff When they have been exceptionally busy and have had a backlog of tickets they have worked with us to reprioritise Given our experience at Dakin-Flathers when we have acquired companies in other sectors we have also employed Edmondsons in these other companies I regularly recommend them to colleagues in other companies and have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential new customer looking for good all-round IT support

Excellent IT Customer Service I have been working with Edmondson s IT now for just over 5 years The whole team are exceptional with their customer service nothing is ever too much trouble and I throw a lot of trouble at them on a regular basis as I keep trying to enhance tweak our already fabulous Job Tracker system They are always available at the other end of the phone when I very often have a mini crisis which Amber or Dale then sort out quickly and efficiently whilst listening to me babble nonsense down the line to them I could not recommend them highly enough They are just brilliant people to work with
