Worth It
Shred School is awesome Their videos are some of the most in depth and well-made I have seen including ones found on Youtube Their methods teaching how to get better faster actually work Their weekly homework also does work if you do them For the first time in a while I have actually been surprised by my progression They don t have as much videos as told on their homepage However considering they are still making videos that isn t really a problem I can also say that this program is best for absolute beginners Overall highly recommend
