Great Product well made and easy to install

Website easy to navigate prices very competitive Delivery always on time even though we are based on the Isle of Wight and this is an issue Packaged very well to avoid damages

Excellent service and very competitive

The Pozidry Pro fan has made such a difference to our lives We no longer have to wipe condensation off the windows and mould has become a thing of the past Even though you can feel a gentle cold draught when standing directly under the vent the whole house feels warmer as all moisture is driven from the property I don t know how I ever lived without one E-fans have been incredibly helpful with their technical support before purchase and the delivery was so fast When I ran into an issue with the unit supplied they were quick and positive in their response to get it sorted and get me back up and running again

I originally sent an email and followed with a phone call I spoke to Geoff and he was very helpful He requested more photos and subsequently contacted the supplier to manufacture the filters I needed He communicated with me the entire time and eventually I received the orders earlier than expected Very pleased with the service

Great product that does what it says on the tin

We purchased a Vent-Axia Pozidry Pro PIV from eFans as it was really competitively priced and because of the positive feedback from other happy customers Our experience was faultless PIV arrived promptly and safely with delivery information well communicated Unit was well packaged and easy to install and works like a dream Had it in situ for nearly a year and our mould problems have disappeared entirely

Easy to order Competitively priced Delivered quickly Easy to fit Even for an amateur And best of all does the job it was designed for House feels fresher no condensation no mould and seems to have stabilised the temperature in the house although this might just be a coincidence as it s early days Very happy with my PIV and will be fitting one in the near future in my daughters house
