I had a persistant issue with Big Than You

I had a persistant issue with downlights and bulbs getting blown off quite often and my usual elrctrician cost me several costly visits in vain My problem is now solved permanently since This company sent Michel who was both resourceful efficient and cost effective Thank you for your quick prompt response and your services

Michel was super professional and friendly from the first contact -he explained the job in a lot of details was very flexible with all arrangements showed up on time and did the job well and fast He quoted a very reasonable price and gave me good tips and advice for future projects Highly recommended

Excellent job all round

Excellent job all round Michel managed to fix a lot of complex electrical problem both interior and exterior We had used two other electricians previously both failed to be able to diagnose the problem Michel is very skilled electrician but also very persistent and would not give up until he had resolved our issues Michel is an absolute pleasure to deal with very reliable and insisted on clearing up after him after a very long days It is reassuring to know and I would highly recommend him

Fantastic service and quality of work Michel is super professional listens to what the client needs and offers options to solve the issues presented to him We found him to be very prompt in arranging to come and do the work as well as quick and very clean and tidy I definitely highly recommend him and I will certainly be using him for any other future work that we will need

Excellent service

Excellent service Michel fitted me in at very short notice and travelled from London to Brighton to replace the refrigeration unit in our corner fridge The compressor in the replacement unit was noisier than advertised so he ordered a second replacement and returned two days later to swap it out for no additional charge Thank you again Michel

Very professional and honest

We were really pleased with the work Michel undertook He was prompt to respond to all our cals emails etc And gave us thorough and clear advice at all stages Everything was explained and we were given thorough explanations for all his decisions We couldn t recommend him more and felt he was incredibly good value

Flawless services flexible hours and very friendly - great experience

Michel had helped on a lighting problem while I was abroad and kindly left his card in case any issue would arise by the time I come home Given the issue was repeating he came back a second time in the evening to fix it despite a long day of working and commuting He is very professional nice to speak with and eager to help I highly recommend his services and I will contact him again with any other issue Many thanks Michel

Incredible value and service

Incredible value and service Really high standard of work with an open and honest approach Michel was a total gent He was very transparent with me about what he had to do differently to what was planned due to issues with existing wiring checking that I was happy with everything before proceeding When he was finished the job he hoovered my ENTIRE carpet in every room despite there only being some dust from drilling in small areas Would highly recommend
