Michel responded very quickly to our emergency requirement and although busy on other customer jobs he came in the evening to sort out our problem Very professional knowledgeable and keen to help We ve asked him to come back and do some other work for us

This was a professional response to a request for help with a cooling fan Utterly professional with only a long repair delay - even though well explained Damn him - giving me concern I recognise quality across the board so far and thus am prepared to go to top marks which I rarely do as everyone is human I feel confident he will in time do a very good job
