Michel was brilliant responsive clear in what were the possible outcomes and costs that could result from his diagnostic visit He was prompt phoned in advance to confirm arrival was friendly and reassuring and best of all sorted the issue in 45 minutes Can t recommend him highly enough

This was a professional response to a request for help with a cooling fan Utterly professional with only a long repair delay - even though well explained Damn him - giving me concern I recognise quality across the board so far and thus am prepared to go to top marks which I rarely do as everyone is human I feel confident he will in time do a very good job
