Worst site i EVER TRIED just HORRIBLE
Worst site i ever TRIED i enter the website it opens the european version i put some stuff on my cart its all good my cart is there with 4 itens them i go to another iten i put it on my cart and SUDENLY im using the USA version of the website my cart was cleared from all previous itens and now i have only one iten on a USA website and i cant go back to the european version i mean WHO is the freaking genious who built that site People should not hire their parents to work on things that they dont know

Returned product and refund still outstanding
I returned a Key Light with a faulty power supply to Elgato last month The RMA process was a nightmare and had the least accessible courier outlets possible That aside I ve been chasing my refund since they received the goods The customer service is unbelievably slow They wanted to refund via PayPal not return to the Company Credit Card used to buy it but I asked if they could return to bank and they can easier for our accounting It s been another week waiting for any refund I ve had to chase yet again today only to be told that the bank transfer was rejected and could I check my account number again My account details were correct though It s glaringly noticeable that no-one contacted me to say that the refund had not gone through In my view that is despicable unethical business practice - hence the 1 star review If we weren t on top of things we d have trusted that to happen Instead they keep the money and don t say they ve still got it How bad is that So back now to emailing them once again because I clearly cannot trust them to return money for a faulty product In contrast I bought a different Key Light with the exact same fault from Amazon and it was swapped out within 2 days and refunded with a fully working unit Benchmark that service level Elgato Corsair

Rip Off company which claims things
Rip Off company which claims things work on Apple Mac THEY DO NOT I run Catalina on a 32 Gig IMAC which I currently use for Music Production I purchased a HD60 S for 60Fps Gaming along with OBS They claim to have a plugin that works alongside this which is why I paid out 130 for the capture card Guess what It does not work Constant audio loss and drops via the capture card when streaming I am honestly disgusted that this company takes peoples money whom purchase products for MAC when they clearly do not work properly I will be making a video about this for my channel and warning people not to buy terrible products for MAC I Purchased 2 Keylight Green Screen and the brand new FACECAM which are great but stay away from the capture cards

Subpoar products and poor customer service
I think Elgato does a very good job of buying the market they control the sector that they are in with paid for product reviews at targeted people with this audience and their tech is permanently faulty I have 8 devices from Elgato and more than half don t work as described on top of that they do not care about their customers at all the customer service had me troubleshooting for a month I had enough of this and asked for an exchanged they said I can but at my expense I m buying another product and hoping for a refund from a company I do not trust I d personally say avoid at all costs

I bought the El Gato Video Capture less
I bought the El Gato Video Capture less than a year ago used it about 3 times and it stopped working I contacted customer support and for 89 00 they have been giving me the run around for over a month I have complied with their 10-step analysis process to see what is wrong with the software and to this date there is no resolution This is the worst case of customer service I have ever had no offer to replace it with a new product or refund Just email after email and it seems like Im communicating with a Bot half the time They just want me to give up to wipe me off the list The product was a huge waste of money and time Also when you call the customer service number no one ever picks up

Revieved damaged product
I bought a HD60 S capture card and when i got the box it was broken from water damage and the card itself was fully openable into the motherboard Not a great experience from Elgato and they have not answered my refund request yet after a week
