Serving a notice period at the end of a Contract we have been charged for services not received and had monies removed from our Bank without permission The quality of repair and replacement garments has been dreadful leave well alone

If I could give this company 0 stars I would I use this companies wash room services well I pay for it and that s about it as they won t turn up to collect their customer service in no existent and they are the highest price Honestly do not use they will cause way more headache than they solve Complete joke of a company

Parked their van incredibly dangerously

Parked their van incredibly dangerously on the pavement and blocking the doorway to a building completely so no one could get in or out of the building for quarter of an hour whilst the driver was away DK24 ZNT

Innovation in Discrimination

It was absolutely bizarre that I was asked at the entrance where I was from and when I said a visitor from Qatar the lady said sorry we can t help Well my laundry consists of clothes which come from fabric Do you guys discriminate against certain fabrics Racism is a terrible disease and such people need counseling not only because they adversely affect the social fabric but also their irresponsible attitude tarnishes the beautiful image of this country I have been here more than 12 times and never have I experienced such lack of hospitality and lack of reasonable communication Disgraceful FYI this took place at Elis in Lancaster on 3rd of July 10 ish am

WHAT ON EARTH

My company have been with Elis for years and they are AWFUL We are trapped in a contract which they fail to fulfil every week Constant issues with our garments coming back from the wash Waiting a year for overalls to arrive due to lack of red cotton when they do arrive they smell like rotten egg AND They make up whose overalls have come back from the wash as people will be on annual leave for weeks so cant put them in for wash and then they magically turn up They are useless and rude - tried offering us a food and drinks voucher to make it better and we still haven t received it

The worst people to deal with

The worst people to deal with They don t deliver enough towels and miss entire deliveries for our organisation No one to talk to Finally in frustration after many months of being let down I have cancelled my contract They now say I have to pay the full amount till end of contract 8000 even though they are not performing Keep far away from this fraudulent company

STAY AWAY

we have been trapped with them for many years Their garments did not last the contract length then we gave notice but 3 months before the auto renewal and it needed to be 6 months so although the garments were rags and we were buying elsewhere for our workers they made us stay a further year locked into a contract paying for no service Their customer service is awful staff changing and if you email they dont respond if they replace a garment a new contract is automatically commenced on that garment which means you can never escape them without it costing you Wouldnt use them again - ever

I had an extremely disappointing

I had an extremely disappointing experience with ELIS The quality of their products is absolutely subpar far from what they advertise The customer service is atrocious When I contacted them to address my concerns they were dismissive and unhelpful I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company Save your money and look elsewhere for your linens

Unprofessional

There s a constant turnover of the management team staff which leads to many changes with repetition of mistakes as each manager tries to make their mark which is clearly visible with the very poor Health and safety staff wellbeing Personal hygiene is also a massive problem here bearing in mind Elis customers include the Health industry Hotels etc Over the 7 months of working here I was not supplied with PPE only work shoes no t-shirt trousers etc I won t be leaving this review on for long due to the embarrassment of once working here at Elis Southampton
