Avoid This Practice - Nothing Concierge About It
I m extremely disappointed in this practice and the membership model being promoted I was charged monthly for what was promised to be accessible and attentive care but that s not what I received Appointments were difficult to schedule messages often went unanswered and the quality of care was minimal at best Even worse I was billed for services that were never provided including visits that never happened Charges appeared on my account without explanation and my requests for clarification were ignored There was no transparency no itemized billing and no accountability While the practice is marketed as high end and personalized it felt more like a cash grab I paid for premium care and ended up overbilled underserved and misled I strongly recommend others stay away
