LE s customer support team deserve the highest of praise I ordered my foundation shade based off of online photos and videos because the sample packets were sold out When it arrived it the shade was slightly off but the formula was great The customer support team was incredible in their determination in helping me find the right shade and sent me a replacement with my correct match In a world where industry giants rule the market this indie brand is truly putting quality and customer first

Lisa s brand is the epitome of a high-end indie brand A lot of care is put into the design details and colours Her customer experience team has made right any issues I ve brought up with them and they re rather quick about it They ve fixed my own mistake with an order mistakes that were made engraving my forever lipstick case and then covering additional duties on sending me the replacement While not every product has worked well for me I largely blame my own experience level with makeup
