Elkin Corp Review Pool Construction Nightmare I recently hired Elkin Corp to build a pool in my backyard and it s been a truly harrowing experience Initially the project seemed to be progressing as planned However halfway through construction the team abruptly stopped work and left the site in a perilous condition What s most concerning are the dangerous pit holes left uncovered around the yard These holes pose a significant risk to both the safety of my family and people in the house It s baffling to me that a company would leave such hazards without any protective measures like barriers or warning signs In addition there are multiple open wires exposed around the pool area This not only creates a serious electrical hazard but also raises concerns about their adherence to safety and building regulations Attempts to contact Me Umair at Elkin Corp for a resolution have been frustratingly unproductive There has been a lack of communication with countless calls and emails going unanswered On the rare occasions when I did manage to make contact I was greeted with vague timelines and empty promises that the work would resume shortly - yet nothing has changed This unprofessional conduct speaks volumes about Elkin Corp s questionable reliability and accountability It has been a costly and stressful ordeal and I am now forced to seek out another company to either finish or redo the work adding further financial burden I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution and consider alternative service providers for pool construction projects It is essential to ensure your contractor not only has a proven track record of completing quality work but also places a strong emphasis on safety standards and customer communication Overall my experience with Elkin Corp has been highly disappointing Their inability to complete the project and ensure safety has left a negative impact on our home improvement plans I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services

Umair s customer service at Elkin Corp Swimming Pool Company left much to be desired During my experience communication was poor he often failed to return calls or respond to messages in a timely manner When it came to installing our new pool deadlines were consistently missed leading to significant delays in the project Moreover the quality of work was subpar equipment was installed incorrectly causing additional issues shortly after When I raised my concerns Umair s response was dismissive and unhelpful making me feel frustrated and undervalued as a customer This experience was disappointing and turned my dream pool into a regrettable ordeal

Really disappointed and annoyed with Elkin corp services I hired them to build a swimming pool expecting professional service and quality workmanship but unfortunately they fell short They are extremely unprofessional and have the worst customer service ever I do not recommend this company they have worst services
