I visited the Brighton recently on a weekend break with my daughters and the staff were so helpful and attentive I bought a gorgeous pair of shoes and left very happy I was incredibly lucky to win the competition for a pair of shoes and went to choose my prize I have to say once again the lady in the shop was so kind patient and nothing was too much trouble I tried on a variety of shoes and boots and chose a beautiful pair of boots Thank you so much for a great experience and beautiful footwear

I recently came across embassy London while browsing the internet for summer sandals They looked great but I was unsure what sizes to order as the information was very vague I emailed them with the designs I liked they helped me with sizing The sandals are great a good fit They have assured me that the sizing info on their site is being looked at so you won t have to email for h rip in the future Helpful staff good shoes

I love my new shoes

I love my new shoes so glad I took advantage of the sale They are even better than the pictures and so comfortable I bought a pair of black patent brogues about 4 years ago never have they hurt my feet and I use them for dancing so they do take a battering if you re thinking about getting a pair don t- just do it

The shoes I ordered were beautiful but not a great fit Perhaps a different style will suit me better I ll definitely try again There was a difficulty with the courier service in returning the shoes but Embassy resolved the problem quickly efficiently and in a very friendly way Outstanding customer service
