What a wonderful company Before I purchased I messaged back forth with Esther on the live-chat tab and she gave me great 5-star customer service I don t have an EMF Detector to give readings of how well the canopy bed that I purchased protects from EMF s but I did notice that when I placed my phone inside the canopy that while my phone was on the settings tab it went down to only two available wi-fi networks to join vs 6 different wi-fi available networks My daughter loves it she calls it her princess bed The directions on how to assemble was a tad confusing but between my husband and I we figured it out after about an hour of trying different things The directions do read that the queen size canopy is supposed to come with 17 wooden dowels poles but ours only had 16 But we were wondering if it was a misprint in the directions because we aren t sure where the 17th pole would go Everything looks complete My daughter seems to be sleeping better I plan on purchasing from this company again in the near future they gave us excellent customer service they went above beyond plus delivery was very quick coming from the UK to the U S
