When I need to speak or email with someone before a purchase I m able to receive individual service and advice This really helps me get the correct product and the right method for shipping I ve been using SLT meters and shielding products for 4 years and love them One meter still under warranty had the speaker go out They offered to replace it Thank you Safe Living Tech
