We ve been waiting on Emtrain to give us a response to our issue for two weeks and have not been contacted back about our issue only that it has been sent to their Technical team This is for a required training that every new hire at our firm is supposed to take within the first few days of their start date

Bad system service and questionable practices

My company used EmTrain for years and the customer service deteriorated from year to year A couple of years ago they changed their formatting to campaign-only assignments which made it nearly impossible to assign individual trainings instead you had to create a full campaign module for just one person which is cumbersome and time consuming We also changed our point of contact around that time from my boss to me at which point I was the sole point of contact between EmTrain and my company When the contract renewal period came up now-defunct email accounts at my company were sent the notices despite have told them that I was the sole contact for my company They waited until the 30-day auto-renewal period expired THEN decided to reach out to me about touching base for the coming contract period I told them that we were not interested in renewing and would not be due to lack of customer service and overall ease of the system being the main issues to which they began sending and still do harassing emails about how they were not notified about cancelling the auto-renewal contract despite them knowing I was the one who should have been receiving the notices yet conveniently never got a single communication until two days after the cancellation window lapsed Aside from the system not being user-friendly there is a strong integrity issue with how they do business
