Useless and rude - not a helpful experience

Was originally with Chaitanya who was good and provided useful advice and treatment I was then moved to Mohit who was terrible he was rude and refused to explain or answer questions about the excersises he d prescribed

The physio was very good but because there was a change in physios the second one was a lot better at helping my pain and managing my problems better his name was mohid Both physios were brilliant

Disappointed

Started with Ezhilarasu who was amazing and really helped Sadly changed and had a really bad experience so much so told my employer I did not want further sessions New physio asked me 3 times when I was having an MRI though it was in my notes I had that 6 months priorAdvised by consultant it was a disc problem yet she insisted it was hamstring and tried to treat that One session was just ten min when my employer had paid for full sessionJust wish I could have stayed under the care of Ezhilarasu

I was referred here after a road traffic accident I was experiencing a lot of pain and my neck and my back were very still and limited in rang movement Sri was very patient and knowledgeable She encouraged me to do the home exercises and push myself a little bit extra every time and this would help After 8 session I m now at a place where my range of movement is back to normal and I m pain free Thank you for everything Sri

Mohit was absolutely amazing

I was in an accident on the 28th of April where I gained many issues such as my left shoulder being stiff and sever neck and lower back pain which made my life harder I had 7 sessions as I didn t need the full 8 due to how amazing mohit was with me feeling better than I did before the accident by the end of the sessions The stretches not only helped with the pain I was experiencing but also helped with my overall flexibility which has resulted in me being able to touch my toes which I originally was unable to go past my knees Throughout my sessions mohit helped immensely by explaining everything in detail which helped me grasp a better understanding on what was wrong while coming off as friendly and comforting You can tell he loves his job and is a credit to his company

Incredible treatment

I had treatment with Mohit following a car accident and he was excellent He was kind methodical and really listened to where my pain was I ve now been discharged and feel better then I felt before the accident so am incredibly grateful for his magic healing hands and calm nature

Lower back and ankle pain resolved by Sri Physiotherapist

I contacted Beneden Health with a lower back and ankle problem they contacted Enable Physios of Cardiff Who in turn contacted me and arranged for me to have treatment with Sri who is one of their therapists The treatment was of course painful to begin with but three weeks later I am 95 improved

My physio was Mohit he showed an extensive knowledge of my injuries and what to do next very pleasant and made me feel at ease Physio was very productive and helped me get back my active lifestyle Very appreciative of all he did
