I was referred here after a road traffic accident I was experiencing a lot of pain and my neck and my back were very still and limited in rang movement Sri was very patient and knowledgeable She encouraged me to do the home exercises and push myself a little bit extra every time and this would help After 8 session I m now at a place where my range of movement is back to normal and I m pain free Thank you for everything Sri

Mohit was absolutely amazing

I was in an accident on the 28th of April where I gained many issues such as my left shoulder being stiff and sever neck and lower back pain which made my life harder I had 7 sessions as I didn t need the full 8 due to how amazing mohit was with me feeling better than I did before the accident by the end of the sessions The stretches not only helped with the pain I was experiencing but also helped with my overall flexibility which has resulted in me being able to touch my toes which I originally was unable to go past my knees Throughout my sessions mohit helped immensely by explaining everything in detail which helped me grasp a better understanding on what was wrong while coming off as friendly and comforting You can tell he loves his job and is a credit to his company

Incredible treatment

I had treatment with Mohit following a car accident and he was excellent He was kind methodical and really listened to where my pain was I ve now been discharged and feel better then I felt before the accident so am incredibly grateful for his magic healing hands and calm nature

Lower back and ankle pain resolved by Sri Physiotherapist

I contacted Beneden Health with a lower back and ankle problem they contacted Enable Physios of Cardiff Who in turn contacted me and arranged for me to have treatment with Sri who is one of their therapists The treatment was of course painful to begin with but three weeks later I am 95 improved

My physio was Mohit he showed an extensive knowledge of my injuries and what to do next very pleasant and made me feel at ease Physio was very productive and helped me get back my active lifestyle Very appreciative of all he did

Following a car accident in June my insurance company put me in contact with Mohit to treat my injuries I had 8 sessions 9 including assessment I could not be happier The service I received was 100 Very knowledgeable friendly and never rushed I wasn t seen as just another client Thank you Mohit for getting me back to work

I had been treated by Sri She was so helpful and talented I was in lot of pain in my first session but now iam pain free and she is very patient and understood all my concerns she is phenomenal and I would recommend her for sure she is an definitely an assert and I would recommend enable physios for sure

I was involved in a car accident in August not my fault and as part of my treatment was referred to Enable Physios Sri was my practitioner and was outstanding At the beginning I was in a great deal of pain from whiplash injuries but over the course of the treatment Sri managed my pain and practically massaged the pain away complete with the exercise program I was given has led to an improvement of 95 in my levels of pain I would completely and unreservedly recommend Sri to anyone

My experience

I had my physiotherapy treatments Mohit Sen because I had problems with my shoulder neck and lower back Throughout our session he helped me recover as well giving me advice on how to deal with the pain The sessions were comfortable and I felt safe The session lasted over the course of a month and now I feel a lot better and feel like my range of movements improved greatly
