Horrible Customer service
Horrible Customer service we have ordered an engine 3 21 23 they told us 14 days it is now 5 2 23 and still no engine no one can give me an answer just keep transferring me to people with full Voice mails This is not the first time but it will be the last

TERRIBLE called about activating
TERRIBLE called about activating warranty than they told me I had to wait till it was installed and it was late due to COVID plus the guy I was wanting to replace it couldn t get to it within the 10 day time frame so long story short they screwed me out of the 5 year warranty they couldn t work with me at all and the guy who I talked to in warranty department was acting WAY unprofessional

DON T ORDER FROM EATW
I have been getting nowhere talking with EATW s warranty dept I ordered an engine in July at a cost of over 2000 received it about a month later I was shipped a motor full of water Fasteners were rusted to the point of breaking off The front cover was cracked I returned the motor and received a credit of only 851 I am out over 1200 and can t get anyone ith any authority to talk to me

Its a scam junkyard engine
I should ve done some research first this company sells junkyard engines from 3rd parties doesn t even know the condition of the engines that are being delivered to customer Wouldn t provide a full refund for there false advertisement had to return a super rusted engine which is website says under warranty not once does he state it is a junkyard engine and actually has a partial warranty this company is a scam and mike is a lying crook Don t make any transactions with this place

I purchased an engine from ETW
I purchased an engine from ETW followed all their stipulations my mechanic installed it and found it needed timing chain and gears they were notified immediately and said they were going to send a replacement engine still waiting and this was on 5 6 2023 offered many solutions to rectify the situation made numerous calls sent numerous E-Mails and my Mechanic has done the same and still nothing They have cost me thousands in lost earnings because I do ride sharing My vehicle is a 2010 Buick Enclave and the motor purchased was a 3 6 liter V-6 with supposedly 81 000 miles Now I have to file a lawsuit to try and get the 3300 it has already cost me I would not recommend doing business with this company They have no ethics Clifford Edwards Ohio

Don t trust your credit card with Engine and Transmission World
This may be premature in one regard as I haven t received the engine I ordered yet My rating is zero no stars if possible I ordered an engine and two weeks later my credit card started being charged without my use The card has been cancelled but the fact remains I hadn t used it for years before this charge and I hadn t used it since Engine and Transmission World is responsible for this card getting into the hands of someone for fraudulent use

Engine is damaged when received and full of water I have called several times I get told i will be contacted about the damaged claims warranty And yet to ever hear anything back about it Have talked to them multiple times and still 3 months and still waiting to get engine replaced or refunded

1st the price was reduced 100 and then
1st the price was reduced 100 and then there was another 100 added to the core charge That got cleared up and when I was apprised there would be an additional 150 for delivery I chose to cancel the order The item was never taken out of stock not shipped Yet they deducted 333 50 from my refund Now I fear that they may use my credit card for their use illegally Does this mean I need to change my card I fear that There should be legal actions available to protect me from this type of customer treatment

Customer Service is not helpful and getting to a supervisor is impossible
Our company ordered a transmission from Engine and Transmission World on 12 29 23 Immediately upon receiving the confirmation I noticed the delivery address was incorrect I called and spoke to someone who was very helpful They sent me a confirmation email to verify the updated shipping address It was correct and I confirmed When to BOL was sent to the shipping company it did not have the updated shipping address and therefore the transmission was delivered to CT and not MD I called and emailed and all I get is I can contact the shipper for a terminal to pick it up Not even sure what that means as I don t feel it pertains to my issue I am just looking for them to make right what they did wrong and they have no interest in correcting Customer service leaves a lot to be desired I have called and been told that someone will call me back and they don t Instead I get an unclear and unhelpful email We have purchased 5 transmissions from here in the last month and I am going to be taking my business elsewhere

Worst experience of my life
Worst experience of my life long story short Took 4 months to get my engine when it finally arrived it was literally a junk yard motor not even usable Took another 1 5 months to get a refund of 2900 minus 150 residential shipping fee I don t know what happened to this company Engine and Transmission World as I had bought from them before in 2015 and my experience was amazing and that s why I came back Never again
