Terrible Service My car was scratched during simple repair and Mooney s denied it Unprofessional and not trustworthy Avoid at all cost

The worst experience ever

I could give them a zero It was the worst experience of my life dealing with this garage I trusted them because they are the main Hyundai dealer I ve bought a 2021 Hyundai Tucson and paid 30 299 for it I ve collected the car on February 16th the clutch went only after an hour of driving I was stuck in the traffic and couldn t get the car stopped I was scared and upset I went back to the EP Mooney where salesman John Reilly swore on his life and told me that it s only an air block I trusted him again and drove away with the car The following day after 8 hours at work I went to Dunnes to do my weekly shopping I was in Swords and the clutch went totally the brake fluid was low and the hand brake wasn t working after I d been told that the car only got serviced Nothing is more scary than losing control of a car in the middle of traffic I was bawling and shaking and people came over and tried to help me I ve called my partner he came all the way from Saggart to Swords to help me We waited 2 hours for the tow truck to come over to tow the car I was home at 11 p m hungry frustrated and upset I wouldn t recommend anyone go near that garage They are not trustworthy at all

Never trust this dealer They cheat you on the pricing and the finance

This company or the salesperson haver to really honest and be transparent in what they are selling They have sold me Hyundai Tucson HEV Executive Plus model which I wanted but billed and financed for At the price of Hyundai TUCSON FL 4WD N Line PHEV Auto w 2 Tone RoofResidual 5d SUV Hybrid they gave me Hyundai TUCSON HEV Executive Plus model The Bank Contract saysDESCRIPTION OF GOODSMake Description Hyundai TUCSON FL 4WD N Line PHEV Auto w 2 Tone RoofResidual 5d SUV HybridAsset Type New Year of Manufacture 2024 Now ideally they should refund me the difference amount of what they have billed for I had cross checked with the other dealers and the price they have sold me the same car is far higher I trusted this dealer better but they are purely cheaters No way to escalate this further in the company No good business ethics And I had bought Tucson FL Executive PLUS HEV When I spoke to the same salesperson he just says it s OK Bank does not care about it But I do care Selling something different at the wrong prices is purely a cheating And when I checked the price with the other Dealers the car I have purchased is really cheaper than the one Mooney s Sold me Just don t trust this dealer as they can sell anything and everything When I call up the salesperson to share this feedback there was no positive sign of compensating or anything End of the day its business I understand But Ethical business goes long way I did not see any Ethics here Better to deal with other Dealers or other Brands I feel I could have checked other dealers also With this kind of experience never go ahead with this dealer

The worst company you can t tell me you buy my car and after tell me to go home I did one hour drive and Mr Kevin L tell me to go and ignore me

Poor experience

I received a quote for a car and a provisional price for my own car Original salesman Keith was away but told me to come the following day Drove three hours to be told the price I had been quoted had now gone up 2000 I found the salesman I dealt with quite rude which was almost amusing - was he trying to put me off spending money He said that the car had been sitting with them for 10 weeks but refused to back this up with paperwork

Do NOT go for repairs here Prices are day light robbery went for a price on getting a window repair as the window would not go up and down told it would be 270 for diagnostic Given price 120 other garages I said why is it so expensive the girl behind the desk who is afraid to crack a smile told me they had to take the door apart I assumed so doesn t explain why it s so expensive it s not that complicated to take the case of the door doesn t explain why it s so expensive Customer service needs an upskill course Prices way over charged

Just picked up my 2021 tuscon executive

Just picked up my 2021 tuscon executive plus from mooneys long mile traded up from a 2016 one Keith o brien is my goto man in mooneys this will be my 3 car from him and always Keith is a stand up guy knows what you want and goes above and beyond to give you what you want and need I always have a good haggle when I go in and a good laugh and always come away smiling If your looking for a quality car with no pressure on byein no salesmen or woman putting it on ya mooneys is the place and Keith is your man trust me you won t be disappointed One s again thanks to Keith and mooneys for a absolute cracker of a car

Very friendly and great service John Reilly was really helpful with everything from initially organising the test drive and answering all my questions to having the car in perfect condition when I picked it up I bought a 2015 Hyundai i30 for a great price the car had been with Mooney s since it was first bought and it was in perfect condition with low mileage While we couldn t shake hands because of Covid I was given a bouquet of flowers on getting the keys which was a lovely gesture Mooneys is a family owned business who want to look after their customers over many years and it really shows

Top class service Made an inquiry yesterday evening a Sunday for bodywork through the contact form online Got a response very early the following morning Monday from Martin Murray Extremely helpful sending parts diagrams to ensure the correct part needed was identified for pricing purposes Martin then called to walk me through the pricing and what would be the likely process for effecting the repair Excellent service considering I m not a customer and it was only an inquiry
