Hannah Carly and Tom were very helpful and patient answering our many questions They guided us through the processes of buying and completing our purchase My father died just after our offer was accepted so it was a fraught and emotional time but all three were reassuring and helpful We really appreciate all that you did Thank you

Outstanding - cannot recommend enough

I cannot recommend Kelly and Charlotte from Eric Robinson in Hedge End enough We had a particularly complicated sale which went cold on many occasions Kelly and Charlotte were outstanding in their approach and always updated us when they said they would even if this was bad news We have now finally completed on our first home and this was largely down to both of their perseverance Thank you both so much for your help we will definitely be returning should we need conveyancing again

Honestly the best Solicitor you will find

Kelly Cottrell at Eric Robinson solicitors is by far the best solicitor around If you want to feel utterly looked after know that her legal knowledge is second to none and you actually get to talk to a solicitor who doesn t spout jargon then this is who to use She is so hardworking and professional yet human and damned good at her job I ve used her a few times now I have passed her on to family and friends alike-everyone says the same thing wow thanks for putting me in touch with Kelly I m never using anyone else ever again We just had a 7 month horrendous sale and purchase I can honestly say without her it would have fallen apart Thank you doesn t seem enough
