Not the first time I have been let down by this company but definitely the last I bought the following for my Epson TM-C3500 printer Gloss Clear PP Transparent Gloss Inkjet PP Label - Perm Acrylic Adhesive 51mm x 33M Continuous - Per rollSupported Printers ColorWorks C3500 Series The labels are not clear but milky and look awful Of course you don t know this until you have tried them I sent images and made numerous phone calls but all I got was one email saying Any transparent label designed to work with an ink jet printer such as the Epson 3500 will have the coating which is essential to allow the ink to adhere to the label I appreciate it looks different to the sheet label I assume this is being used in a different style of printer In order to return the roll they would need to be unused If you have unused rolls I will send over a returns form to you You CANNOT sell something that states it is CEAR and TRANSPARENT then not accept it back when it is not as advertised especially as it is nearly 40 a roll I ve been fobbed off again and again by someone at the other end of the phone saying the person is not at his desk So I am stuck with a roll of something I cannot use or sell on Not good enough and I will be taking it further

We purchased a Cipherlab CPT-8200 IP54 Enterprise Portable Data Terminal - Batch Linear Imager 4MB 24 Keys on 19 November 2019 and the unit stopped working We informed ERS-online by email and warranty request on 21 January 2020 They did not respond We try it again on 16 April 2020 They replied Sorry to hear you have a problem with your unit It is covered under warranty I have a call with our Account Manager to establish the best way to have it repaired under warranty to avoid unnecessary delays I will get back to you once I have had the call After this communication by ERS-Online we did not receive any further contact from them despite trying again in July and August They are providing terrible post-sales service and we are honestly not asking for anything more just the warranty and repair

Broke within 2 months no reply to email for return
Don t bother pay a bit more for proper service Our company needed advice about a scanner that works seemlessly using bluetooth with an iPad They first sent a scanner with no charging platform Then a scanner that is really fiddly to use with iPad via bluetoorh For example if the iPad is locked of left for a short period it takes a few minutes to reconnect by scanning 5 barcode and playing with settings which in a high throughput environment adds up Finally the scanner stopped working asked for return and for them to advise on a new system No response I wanted to try one scanner then buy a whole system But they couldn t be bothered to help properly and no reply to email very poor service

Bottom of the barrel level of service We ve spent in the region of 10 000 fitting out two of our stores with 3 till systems with this business but were shipped an item missing a vital part After a week of of us chasing them around being promised a new part being promised calls back that dont happen and the most senior person in the business having no idea when one will be available from the distributor we still have a terminal out of action while they have complete kits in stock on the website Safe to say we ll be looking at a new EPOS terminal supplier going forward

These guys are box shifters
These guys are box shifters they do not help you set anything up and even though I explained what they where for and where they are being used they sold me a cheap and almost unusable solution not fit for purpose and very embarrassing when I had to get a company out to configure them for me from scratch

Very sad situation Courier was front door and he decided that he cant give me parcer I realy dont know why He could call me that I am here Can you take it I order many things through internet and every courier called me And now I still dont have parcel I have to go for ti somewhere to branch

Wouldn t shop again poor service poor communication item out of stock over a month to deliver and 2 weeks after Intaill target delivery date Very dissatisfied Would only use again if they were the only stock holder for item Very disappointing however was quick to react to my emails advising unacceptable etc so I can not fault the respose to my delayed order however overall still unacceptable No even as a much a discount offered
