Not Great first time Purchase
First Purchase - Not a Great Experience overall Placed the order via telephone - where I received excellent help and advice on the range of products I was given free next day delivery as part of a gesture - and was informed that the item was being despatched that day from what was assumed to be a UK warehouse and stock and would be delivered accordingly Order was then artificially despatched - giving me the impression that it was on it s way When the tracking number was provided it was then made very clear that it was being sent from an EU based warehouse - with UPS The delivery is still outstanding and has only been pushed back by UPS I cant therefore comment on the product packaging So far rather disappointed as needed the item urgently and would not have ordered should I have been made aware that the item was being shipped from Europe

They advertised next day delivery but I had to wait 2 days for my Pocketjet thermal printer Their excuse is that they don t keep stock of it which then makes it senseless to offer next day delivery

Sales team are diabolical
Unfortunately I ve have had several issues with their sales team when you actually get through to someone who knows what they re talking about their service is actually reasonable however I have had to chase two orders out of the three placed with them Rachael Hayward 5 stars Brian Fox 1 star

Out of stock items despite vernal promise to the contrary
Called ERS as wanted price gun labels in 4 colours Was assured that they had 3 of the colours and the fourth would follow shortly As it turns out this was not true They were out of stock in 2 colours and the to follow shortly turned into at least a 4 week delay as they had to source the missing items from Italy

Difficult to order
Quoted me the wrong product first so had to send it back and get a refund then my second order was taken in two payments and arrived in two shipments without ERS letting me know that would happen Then I get 4 or 5 emails within a few days stressing I need to write a review on Trust Pilot immediately - so there you go eh

Delivery poorI ordered the items on Wednesday well in time for same day dispatch It is now Saturday and the order is not due to be delivered until Monday Very disappointing Previous orders placed with this company have been absolutely spot on and the staff are very helpful on the phone with queries however this is a rather slow and frustrating experience

When placing my order 7-11-22 I was told it would arrive within 3 days It s now 16th and order has not arrived

last year we ordered 75 and 120mm
last year we ordered 75 and 120mm labels for our Primera printer They came wound on a 50mm core whereas Primera printers require them to be wound on a 76mm core They were returned to be rewound onto these cores this year we expressly asked that this scenario not be repeated and the sales team assured us that production had been informed of this We duly received all the labels last week wound onto 50mm cores and have returned yet again and await them for a second time
