ERS Online offer a great range of products especially barcode scanners We understand that stocking so many product might mean drop shipping them from suppliers however I ve never known communication from the get go to be so disjointed Website advertising as 1-2 days typical dispatch with the products we ordered being in stock A few days later no dispatch or email confirming the whereabouts of the package Chased up with customer service who said it should be the following Monday Monday arrives no package so chase up again Long story short not once did ERS contact me to give me a update that wasn t prompted by me following up and chasing Turned out to be over a week before we partially had our order and it was sent with the wrong cables to which I chased up a few times notice the pattern here and still have no update on if these have been sent out yet Oh and I m still waiting for the final scanner to arrive which will mean it will of been around 3-4 weeks from original order date that the order is fully fulfilled Overall disappointing about the misleading delivery times and lack of communication and how much chasing up is needed to get answers Customer service are very apologetic which I appreciate however we would like all our items and the correct chargers we paid for

I realise I may be a bit of a nuisance i ask a lot of questions and question prices I m looking for the right price but more importantly the right product After asking questions and seeking the advice from the experts I bought the K2 cash drawer amongst many other things This cash drawer is far too small and designed for Euros not Pounds I do not recommend this drawer nor ERS if you re not sure as they seem unable to give clear advice For this drawer it s simple what they should have advised me Well made drawer a bit on the small side If you need 4 note spaces this has it but at a squeeze it s designed for Euros If you don t need 4 but 3 note spaces then this drawer is great Also I agreed to purchase 2 Receipt printers that were re-boxed I did question the price and all of a sudden they weren t available anymore Interestingly just as they matched a lower price for the ipad frame It seems like this got their back up Not very professional My conclusion if you KNOW what you want and ERS is cheaper than everyone else then buy it from them BUT if you need some help go elsewhere

I bought stuff I needed for my business from this business It turned up on time and wasn t damaged A pretty basic fundamental transaction that shouldn t require the need for a review No one assisted me with my purchase I didn t need any help I had simply typed into a search engine what I required and these guys popped up The price was about right and they had the items in stock Just to be clear there was zero interaction which I liked The whole process took about half the time of this review Congratulations for being distinctly competent and fulfilling the most the basic of requirements I hope other people who require stuff manage to find the stuff they require and it continues to turn up on time There was no fiction despite the stars The service was fine

OPTICON OPH3001 SCANNER
The scanner is a very neat looking piece of kit and the development work completed by ERS appears to be just what is required I have some reservations about the Quick Start Guide It would be useful for it to be pointed out that the battery needs to be charged upon receipt and before it can be switched on On the Key Layout all the functions are described but there is no indication as to which is the POWER button I spent some time until I decided to plug it in to the PC an d then found the Power button - the Alt key It has the standard on off symbol but this should be explained clearly It is only these 2 points that have reduced my score from 5 stars to 3 stars I am now struggling with the Opticon Syncing software
