Don t pay for next day delivery

Paid for next day deliver but didn t receive the power brick till 4 days later Even then it s lucky I got it at all as it was left on the drive in the rain Sent an email to ERS no apology about the delay no offer of a refund for the next day delivery I never received just a tracking number to sort it out myself Great customer service

Been waiting a month for a refund for a faulty product that is less than 6 month old this is one of the worst companies i have dealt with and sill have no refundYou never once said no fault was found and that is not the truth because i tested on more than one computer and the docking station did not work why did you send it to zebra if it was not faulty

Ordered this Thursday morning I was advised it would be sent out within 24 hours to me it s now Saturday Evening I ve had no email to clarify why my delivery is running late hasn t arrived Fingers crossed It arrives Monday this was ordered for a business and will now stop us being able to take our orders via an app very frustrating

I have to say that you guys lost customer with 4 shops and if i count how many printers we ordered from you in the last few years but your manager for return postage he lost customer and it s your misled pictures on your website and you agreed with me but you manager has to go and learn about customer service and the law on misleading consumer you clearly agreed with fact that you and me agreed and the product with 3 pins but you sent completely wrong one no problem ill pay for the postage but ill wright review on google and other platforms and costumer lost if I had one of my managers doing this to customer they will be fired straight away you don t loss customer for 10 or 15 postage especially now days the damage that will cause you by me putting review online its worthless

I purchased 4 tills from this company

I purchased 4 tills from this company When I received them they were not the correct size for my venue so I requested a return from customer services I was promised a returns form which never arrived I then had to follow up about a week later and chase them for the returns form This was in the beginning of October I requested the return and sent the 4 tills back to them I had opened 1 and the box had been ripped and opened on one of the tills They told me they would need to take off 25 of one of the tills refund which I begrudgingly agreed to because of the box issue Two months later I still hadn t received my refund and they then claimed that there was parts missing despite previously agreeing to my refund I explained that I sent everything back to them The only thing was an issue is that I had opened one of the boxes which is my fault but it s normal They then told me that they could only refund me for me for three tills and I will need to pay to receive back the 4th till or they d dispose of it this seems crazy to me and I explained that the refund process had taken nearly 2 1 2 months and not heard anything I explained that it s quite possible that they had lost the parts How could they be sure when they had kept hold of my items for months without any refund or progress I recommend just spending a bit of extra money and going somewhere more reputable and you ll get better service I m not sure if the other reviews are real or fake but mine is certainly real and was not a good experience

Feel completely let down by this

Feel completely let down by this company Ordered items on next day last Thursday only half of it and not the important half turned up They reordered the printer on a next day and that second delivery hasn t turned up either Seem to just buck pass to their couriers

i will not recommend

They did not let me to do a return and to get a refund I did not use the Zebra Ribbon Colour the tonner could be sent in great condition what was happening was not fair and the customer rights was violated I asked them to send me the terms and condition regarding the policy and returns but I did not receive nothing on my email If this company care about customers they have to make sure about everything in special about the terms and condition I will never recommend to others to buy something from ers-online co ukI ordered some toner from Amazon but they are a very respectful company the tonner from them does not fit with the printer but they were able to get me a refund

Painfully slow delivery

I ordered a printer from ERS partly because the website states same day dispatch if ordered before 2 30 PM however what they don t tell you is that it s being dispatched from Germany by road 4 days later and it s not even arrived into the UK yet Very underhand practice I shall not be using them againOrder number WEB132452

Poor customer service

Poor customer service Bough a printer not what we are hoping for it Not comparable Epos system called costumer service explain our problem They divert our call technicians how ever he wasn t really interested At all He doesn t even show what we are talking Saying search online and we can find suitable cable for it After all decided to return now saying they can t accept return as it s not original box Sort it out your customer service before worry about box 140206

great service from you guys just use a courier who can be bothered to deliver it directly to us rather than to a shop 4 miles away
