Disappointing service I ordered a touchscreen display on Tuesday 11th June expecting a delivery on Thursday 13th June on the advice of the live chat consultant and their website On this basis I cancelled an order with another cheaper supplier and purchased with ERS instead Upon checking my emails and the tracking on the 13th I discover that the item will not be delivered until the 17th of June which completely torpedoed my urgent requirement for this item I felt ERS s customer service and website were misleading in this regard and I have lost 2 days problem solving in the process

Hi I hope this message finds you well I am writing to provide feedback on the service provided by your team yesterday Unfortunately I was not entirely satisfied with the experience as there were a few issues with the setup of our new label machine printer The engineer who came to assist us was on-site for the entire morning but was unable to set up the machine in the location we requested Additionally he seemed unfamiliar with the proper configuration needed for the printer to print correctly on our labels As a result we had to go through several rounds of trial and error before we were able to achieve the desired outcome Much of this troubleshooting ended up being done by myself After the engineer left I reached out to our IT team who were able to set up the machine in the correct location and configure it properly on a team member s computer without any issues I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure a more efficient and effective service in the future Thank you for your attention to this matter Kind regards Adriana
