Order confirmation stated delivery within 3-5 working days but as this was a bespoke label the delivery took longer This could have been amended in the order confirmation document

Really good range of products I had to return items last year due to ordering the incorrect ones and Emily in the sales team was absolutely fantastic I went straight to her this time to help with a VAT issue and again she didn t disappoint The only downside is the cost of shipping for offshore more than the cost of the actual item but it is what it is

We are using our own DHL account to ship but ERS sales doesn t want to help us to contact DHL local for pick up even we are facing problem with the arrangement Luckily we have Charlotte Clarke who is very kind and help us contacted DHL for the pickup and everything went smoothly Thank you very much for your kind assistance and willing to help customer dissolved the problem on time
