Very easy to order and very helpful

Great communication and help Buying printer consumables is not a major part of my job but if it isn t done it can have a large effect it s easy and quick to order from ERS and they are very helpful

Excellent company to deal with

Excellent company to deal with I enquired about a particular product and had a fast response from Darius asking if I was available for a phone call I spoke to him and let him know my exact requirements and he went though my options in detail He recommended a product that would better suit my needs that was actually a considerable amount of money less I went ahead with his recommendation and it was delivered next day Fantastic customer service I will 200 deal with them in the future and would highly recommend

Minor issue quickly sorted

Some items were missing from an important delivery but ERS sorted this immediately and I received the missing items the next day All it took was one quick message from me to sort the problem Their prices are very good too but stock availability is a bit misleading

I had a problem after receipt as the ticket roll provided did not work with my machine It was sorted by a phone call and followed up immediately by Dave who sent an email showing the problem and how to sort it - problem solved Really good service thank you

Fantastic service Rang upto enquire about the Star Mpop printer and cash drawers compatibility with the SumUp lite Item was delivered next day before 10 00 am and works like a dream

Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish Vincenzo Esposito was an absolute hero with this order there were a few problems with the badge design that I sent but Vincenzo kindly made some tweaks on this to make sure it was spot on something he did not have to do Nothing was too much trouble for him and he sorted the order so quickly to ensure I got my order on time I will definitely be using again and will be recommending this company
