Good range quick delivery

Good range of products and great service There seemed to be some sort of stock issue with 1 of my items as it was sent separately by a different service but both turned up within 10 minutes of each other and quicker than I expected Recommended

I m so glad we found ERS Darius is a real star

We are new to all of this and we needed some advice and guidance before making for us a large investment Darius was wonderful right from the start he has shared his industry knowledge and helped us to make better decisions He has been patient and generous with his time helping us decide on the printer best suited to our needs and then on to the most suitable print medium We really couldn t have done it without him He has been the only contact within the company we have spoken to but I m sure his attitude is representative of the culture within the company Caring helpful knowledgable and very driven towards a great customer experience We are so impressed with our experience with ERS and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone Many thanks from Alan Nikcy of Sour Power Vinegars

Very impressed

Very impressed There was an issue with payment going through but I was contacted promptly via email Gave ERS a call and all was sorted very quickly and labels turned up on time next day Excellent customer service

Amazing service

Amazing service I ordered a pos printer and straight away they asked if I was sure it was the right printer for my needs luckly for me it was not and they advised the next best option plus more future proof fantastic and so much better than their competitor which I shall not name here

We have bought a lot of products from ERS and always got them very quickly Also we received a very good service from their online chat system For example one of our printer in warranty period had a problem then they sent the courier to pick up to repair After repairing we got it without any extra cost

Truly amazing customer service I dealt with Darius Warr a Sales Executive at ERS His help assistance and advice with purchasing his dealing with the transaction and shipment and then subsequent after purchase help has been phenomenal At this time to find Customer Service like this is both a joy and quite rare Please do not hesitate in using this great company

Excellent customer service Placed an order flying blind online got a phone call the next day to go through the order and make sure I had ordered a printer suitale for my needs Had a problem setting up the printer when it arrived received a phone call helping me through When the problem couldn t be resolved the arranged collection fixed the issue and sent it back to me Can t fault them

Fantastic customer service experience

I had never bought ink for our printer before and found ERS by looking to see who would be the cheapest supplier Not only were they the cheapest but the customer service was S Tier I received a phone call from Steve shortly after placing my order who had rung to check I had ordered the right ink for my printer as unbeknownst to me there are 2 different versions and choosing the wrong one would be disastrous for my poor printer I had indeed ordered the wrong ink and Steve quickly sorted this for me with no extra input on my part My ink also arrive significantly sooner that I had expected Fantastic service and the cheapest supplier I found
